Get matched with top pipe repairers in Waterford, VA

Hi, I’m Xavier and I have been working in home improvement and repairs for 20+ years. I have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, & handyman task. I love sharing my skills & ideas when needed. I love the reactions of happy clients.

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"So nice and honest!  We called and were wiling to pay the after hours rate for a leaky pipe, but he came after hours looked at it, told us it was not really an emergency if we didn't use this one toilet and then scheduled to come back during normal business hours without any after hours charges.  We really appreciated his honesty on that!
Very nice, honest and courteous to what is going on in our house (shoes, baby gates, etc).

"We've used My Plumbing Heroes for multiple jobs both at home and for our business. Complexity of each of the jobs varied from overflow tanks, pressure valve, leaks, fixture replacements, and even a couple after-hours emergency jobs. Each project was completed with exceptionally high professionalism, great communication, very reasonable pricing, and exceptional clean-up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"The service was exceptional, came out on a Saturday and fixed the faucet quickly, and I didn't have any issues after the service."

"I contacted Lumbee Solutions for an estimate on repairing shingles that blew away in a wind storm. The owner promptly contacted me to set up an appointment. He came out the next day to give me an estimate. I felt like he was very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable so I hired him. My shingles were replaced the next day."

"Randall did a great job at unclogging the sink and replacing the pipes that needed to be replaced. He was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be done and what the cost would be. If I have anymore plumbing problems, I will definitely call McCarthy services again and hope that I can get Randall again.Around"

"Excellent work. As far as I know the pipe had never been cleaned or inspected in over 30 years. They found that the line was relatively clean but did have a slight sag. They did not have an opening on their schedule to repair the sag so they recommended the name of a different company."

"Mr Delgado has a natural instinct for restoring furniture to its optimal appearance. He is an artist. He repaired a pair of huanghwali northern hat chairs for me, and then I sent them to auction and they made $25k. He has restored a series of other pieces of furniture for me, and I don't believe it would have been possible to do better. He restored a Renaissance revival server for me, and I gave him its mate in gratitude. He picks up and delivers, all with an old-world charm that you no longer find in his business."
