I needed to find a company that would provide regular cleaning service throughout the season and was I fortunate to have selected Subcomm. He is actually willing to try to repair equipment, unlike many other lesser companies that merely put in new stuff.  If you have any issues with your pool and spa, these are the people to call: they will fix anything and will always provide you with the best options.  Bill, the specialist who came to work on the unusual configuration of equipment for my small indoor pool and spa, demonstrated a great deal of experience, ability and honesty.  BJ Pool & Spa might not seem cheap, however, given their vast knowledge, experience and technical ability, they will provide you with quality service and advice that will save you money in the long run.  Their competence and integrity is extremely reassuring.  It isn't always easy to find a good pool company (this industry isn't as regulated as other professions), and it took me a while to find this one. BJ Pool will be the company I call when I want honest and reliable service

"I have been impressed with Subcomm Pools since our first contact. After days of research trying to find a company that could help us with a potential leak, I decided to contact Subcomm Pools. What really distinguished them from all the other companies was their willingness to put their weekly service package prices on their website. "Happy with pool surface...mini-pebbles with glass beads. Weekly maintenance during pool season since 2016. Paul and his team are professional, courteous, caring, hardworking and kind. Paul even came over on Labor Day weekend when our pump was not working...now that is above and beyond! Paul really cares about his clients and their satisfaction. Prices are fair and comparable. "Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

"Made a good suggestion re the bathroom fixture to not screw the bulbs in too tightly.  This seems to have solved the problem.  As for the other 2 items, provider made a couple of suggestions as to how I could fix them myself.  That's not what I was looking for.  I contacted the provider to fix them.  I'm not sure if this was a communication problem.  I was hoping to get these issues resolved, not have a consultation on what I could do to remedy the situation myself.
