"Rob followed up after a day or 2 to see what I thought. Based on Platinum’s customer service, I chose them to clean several rooms, upholstered furniture and large basement of my home. Henry was the tech on site and kept me informed as each room was started and completed. He also conferred with me to see if I was satisfied with an area before moving on to the next. My carpets turned out fabulous and after several weeks, not one of the original stains has resurfaced."
