"I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor. Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail. Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area. I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house. He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me. He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required. Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't. I'll certainly have him back again.

"Mike and the Plumbing Heros have been great to me! I’ve had bad experiences with many plumbers and contractors but Mike is extremely responsive, reliable, and skilled. He’s installed a backup sump pump/battery and snaked my renter’s shower. In addition, I’ve texted/called him many times with questions and he never hesitated to answer. I highly recommend!"

"I am extremely impressed with New Generation Plumbing. Josswen's friendliness, professionalism, and work ethic were amazing and made me feel so glad I reached out to them for the job. He displayed superior knowledge, confidence, and great customer service. I had an emergency happen which required me needing a faucet replaced last week and they were responsive and showed up on time and got straight to work. There prices were also competitive.
