"Worst customer service ever. Job poorly done. Keep promising to fix it, but after over a month, they have my money but still have not returned to fix the problem. I strongly recommend that no one use this Company. I think their good reviews must be manufactured because i have only gotten excuses and delays and delays and delays. Get a different story pretty much every time I contact them."

"Hired to redo my husband's bath as he broke his hip and needed a bench and grab bars, also to update main bath. Gave him requested deposit for both jobs. Never finished husband's bath and bailed on the other. No refund issued, owes me $1600! His contract Is a joke, has incorrect address. If a contractor is available when you ask beware. All the good ones are booked."
