"Incredible work on a new roof. Joe does a amazing job working with the insurance company. All the people that work for Joe are very friendly and care about their clients. Great job and the clean up was outstanding, very happy."

"We called Urban Exteriors since they had roofed several houses in our neighborhood. James came by and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained why we had leaks and how they would be rectified when they roofed. He then worked with our insurance agent which turned out to be a good thing. Our roof was done in one day and looks wonderful. They did everything that was promised and a little more. We also got new gutters, paint and several boards replaced. It was nice to have everything managed under one umbrella since each task depended on the others. James monitored the whole process to ensure all was as it should be. Work quality was excellent and timely. I highly recommend Urban Exteriors!"

"The whole experience was amazing! Gary worked hard to get everything we asked for and Rick is an honest, efficient business owner, who delivered above and beyond all expectations. We’ve recommended JR’s Roofing to all our friends and family and would definitely work with them in the future."

"It all went very well. Chris came out for an estimate and noticed significant hail damage that resulted in insurance paying for most of the cost. He was very helpful all the way through, even being onsite when the Adjuster came to make sure he got everything, including gutter damage. During installation, the crew even helped remove an old swamp cooler and furnace flu and covered the holes with new sheeting. Very friendly group that had it all done in 2 days."

"It was fantastic. I was out of town, so I gave Adrian my phone number and address and he was out there that day. He responded right away to the Angie's List Message which was really helpful. He came to the house, spotted a lot of damage, and called me right away. He sounds very experienced with how insurance companies operate, and he gave me the run-down on who to contact and how to do everything (I'm a newbie when it comes to insurance claims). I did what he said and now we're just waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out. He is willing to be the contact person with the insurance adjuster so I don't even have to be around to do anything, he's taking care of it for me! Couldn't be happier. **will update as things progress**"

"For several months I struggled with my insurance company who was NOT going to cover the hail damage on my roof. Bruce and Ron at Hart Roofing stepped in and within a week had they had my insurance company covering my hail damage, the job was very well done, exceptional clean up and follow up to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Hart Roofing, Layna Beeler"

The roof replacement wasn't straight forward but Ed Picciano was diligent in pursuing the manufacturer's rep in getting detailed instructions on how to do the roof properly in a manner that would ensure the manufacturer's (GAF) warranty.

The roof had non-soffited eaves and cathedral ceilings so to get proper attic ventilation he had to install the GAF 'Cobra' Intake Pro rooftop vent. This is a relatively new product but it was the ONLY proper way to ventilate the attic without extensive eave re-work.

All through the process Ed kept me appraised of the situation; reassuring us that he would get the job done on budget, on time, and properly. Which he did admirably. Call Climax Roofing-they won't let you down.

"Power and Jess in particular were very professional and upfront about the services we were looking for. The crew that came out to install were very on top of the installation procedure answering all questions and any concerns. Would recommend power to my friends and family in a second."
