I was worried because if he missed his projected window I would not make my virtual meeting for work. He not only completed on time, he explained everything to my fiancée and she noted how meticulous and careful he was in our house and with the disposal of the old water heater plus the clean installation of the new one. In our next home project you bet we will be calling back to have them continue their level of experience and professionalism."

I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."

Connection in bathroom was too short for new faucet but he had what was needed in his vehicle. The other faucet worked just fine."
