Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. They showed up and located the tank (it's a house we bought recently and weren't sure where it was). They confirmed the location of the main door and the filter and proceeded to dig both out. They didn't complain or give any hassles about the vegetation (I had no idea that's where the tank was, I'll be removing it). They pumped quickly, replaced the soil and cleaned up without any trouble. They worked fast, efficiently and a very reasonable price. Unclogged line quickly and made some adjustments to the sewer line clean out pipe that was slightly damaged. Very reasonable rates. I would definitely call again if needed!"

"Scheduled an appointment with Tommy, but then he had to cancel because a job went long, but told me he could come the next day. No big deal, because he told me with enough advance notice he had to cancel so I hadn't already left work. When he came, he was prompt, got in there, found out what the problem was in each situation quickly, ran out and bought supplies to fix everything then and there (was only gone for maybe 20 minutes) and came back and fixed everything with NO downtime. He basically ran from thing to thing to make sure he wasn't wasting time. But, he also went above and beyond to show us how to work the things he did - where the lever was to turn the outside faucet off in the winter, how to turn off our water heater when we are out of town (also was NOT pleased about how poorly our water heater was installed), and even gave us the tool to turn the whole house's water supply off and showed us how to use it. I will definitely be calling him for any of our plumbing needs in the future. He was wonderful and definitely worth the price (which wasn't too bad regardless). <br />"
