"My tankless water heater suddenly developed a leak in the area of the heat exchanger. Unfortunately, that meant my entire family and I were without hot water. Very tough situation with two young kids. I called a different company out first and was dissatisfied with their pricing and service. I gave Coleson Plumbing and Gas a call last night at 5:30pm. James returned my call in 30 seconds! Wow! He was able to collect information about my tankless unit over the phone and developed a comprehensive plan for the next day to resolve my situation. James arrived exactly when he said he would, explained all the work he planned to perform in advance, and then he installed my replacement unit in record time. James also took the time to discuss rebate options available with my gas provider and to make several customized recommendations for other plumbing and home needs. Of special note, James also made sure to file a warranty claim for my unit since it was still under warranty. The manufacturer ultimately makes the decision on coverage once the defective is returned and James thoroughly explained that process to me. A lot of companies don't even check your warranty as it's easier and quicker for them to just sell you a new unit. Not so easy on your wallet, however. Now, here comes the best part. Not only did James do a stellar job installing the new unit in record time, but the price he charged was over 40% cheaper than any other price quote I received for the same work. Incredible. "After trying to get to unclogged with the electric snake, the technician showed my brother and I the problem that was root cause of our problem. Old pipes, bad configuration, and poor inspection. After D&G finish the work the drins runs smooth. D&G were professionals they made sure they explained what they were doing and why and cleaned up before they left our home. I will be calling them again and will recommend them to my family & friends. ( I must say this was on a holiday weekend),"

"All went well but Daniel Sullivan never returned to complete the project on services paid. Called and sent 3+ emails with no response. Sink faucets never installed paid for this service. Need additional adjustments on work performed...leaks with shower head and adjustments needed to free standing bath tub faucet."
