"the lead person was very professional and did an excellent presentation.  Everything was spelled out and in writing.  That person was followed up with a measurement person  who laid out and measured everything and put it in writing.  This is where you need to have everything spelled out.  Next came the cabinet doors etc. and the installer, refinishers.  Everything is in writing and you are instucted to not sign off until the job is done till your satisfaction.  Another point here is that the installers were in a rush to leave so we didn't sign off because we wanted to really inspect the job and see if anything needed more work.  There were only a few things on our list after we went over everything.  The installer came back did everything on the list and we are very happy with the results."

We met with Chrystal initially, and her enthusiasm and honesty made us decide, on the spot, to go with her company. She seemed to know exactly what we wanted and what we liked, so the materials selection was easy. Next we met with the Martin, the project manager. Mike and Carlos fixed it immediately and now it's perfect. The quality of materials used is first rate. We've proudly showed our bathroom off to friends and neighbors and everyone is very impressed with the work and the transformation of the bathroom. It's absolutely gorgeous.
