"From the start to finish the owner William was very informative. There were several instances & extras that came about being the building was let go and repaired badly, but William brought everything to my attention right a way and also had a plan and estimate of what it would take to continue on in the best economical manner. William took every step needed to complete this job including going to a Historical Committee meeting on "his own time" to ensure the integrity of the contract. They showed up very early and worked well into the day, every weather permitting day. (being it is winter time and they were replacing the roof) I pleasantly never had to guess where they were on progress being they kept in contact well and every time I visited the site, the progression was very obvious. They cleaned up the area well after completion and the water leak problems I have had since I started to manage this building have now CEASED totally and the tenants are even "thumbs up" on how it looks. William's crew are very respectful and polite & were also very polite to my tenants which makes me even happier. The building looks amazing now which raises the value and adds much more curb appeal.

"The salesperson was clear (mostly) and the work was done on time and well -- finished in one day and cleaned up very well. My one caveat is that the salesperson clearly stated that the work would be done by a local contractor, which was, I guess, technically true, since it looks like a local contractor subcontracted to a group of men (Polish or Russian) who drove up from Chicago and did the work. I was led to believe it would be done by local workers so that was a bit off-putting"

They absolutely knocked it out of the park, the trim work is fantastic, the attention to detail is amazing. They used Benjamin Moore paint and before painting they fixed every nail hole, crack or imperfection and now the walls look new! They made the house feel new, and ready to move in. "I have been working with All Season Roofing for six years and they have done many jobs for me. I could not be happier with Their work. My first job was a 30,000sf roof that had chronic leaks. I hired All Season in 2017 and the owner, Chris worked within my budget to deliver a roof that is leak free and most importantly, stress free! They have since added new drains to that roof and sealed it with a roof sealer. I went from worrying about the roof every time it rained to not ever thinking about it again. They have also done many roof jobs for me at another plaza ranging from ripping the entire roof apart and replacing it to just seal coating troublesome spots so that I could work within my budget at that time. One of my buildings burnt down and Chris rebuilt it and it is better than new, came out beautiful. The great thing about this company is that they have so much knowledge that everything is done cost effectively and they work with the budget you have as best they can.
