"Rubio Acoustical Interiors did an amazing job with our ceiling project. Professional, efficient, and the quality of their acoustical work is top-tier. The finished ceiling looks clean, modern, and has noticeably improved the sound in the space. Highly recommended!"

"Eric took over a partially completed remodeling job. The job
included framing a new floor where there had been a sunken conversation pit,
hanging doors, replacing the old baseboards and completing a wall with new drywall.
His bid was very reasonable and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I
would use him again and I would definitely recommend him to others.

"After working with unqualified painters, I reached out to Scott. He and his crew were professional, friendly and qualified to do the job. They arrived on time and took the necessary precautions to protect our flooring, cabinetry and appliances/furniture. Any concerns or questions I had were promptly answered by a phone call or a text."

"This was an outside deck with cover, so I was concerned about hiring a professional who had experience with this. Among the four I talked to, Jay was the clear winner and got the job. He delivered with an expert tile job. He also introduced me to Denise at the San Jose Tile Shop for selection of tile, pattern and colors."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"After moving back into our home (which had been a rental for 10+ years) we decided we had no choice but to remodel two leaky bathrooms down to the studs and also our 1/2 bath. We looked for experience, a good plan, the promise of communication, and a fair price. And some hand-holding, because we would be living at home during construction. Nathan from Wise Builders is amazing, if you are lucky enough to get him as your project manager. Wise has a unique way of working--there were no surprises, they finished when they said they would, and for the price quoted. We were very pleased when Nathan said that if we went with Wise, he would become our advocate and he would be our liaison with the crew. He really was--whenever there was a question, a text or call got a quick answer. We described what we wanted, and Nathan explained what they could do to make it happen, what was possible vs what would cost more than we wanted to spend. We loved the concept of going to showrooms to pick out absolutely everything from the tile to the shower drain. Nathan helped us place the orders, checked on delivery dates and crew progress at every step, kept us in the loop, and made sure we were always satisfied. The crew is considerate and pleasant, they cleaned up afterwards each day, and most of all, they do beautiful work. Our three new bathrooms are just what we wanted! We're pretty pleased that we found Wise Builders."

"The service is great, the installer came, I use them for a year I never had an issue, they always follow up, they are good people."

"They were very professional. Arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They were very careful with my belongings and cleaned before and after installation. They were polite and very knowledgeable about the process and the end product was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Martin returned our call promptly. He was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do. Once he completed it, I was not completely satisfied so I asked him to come back. He once again explained something I missed from previous explanation but with absolutely no hesitation he agreed to fix it. Came a couple days later and completed it to my satisfaction. He is very professional I would recommend him to anyone."

"Tenants were happy though all seven units were occupied during installation."
