The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "Unreliable. He gave an offer and I prepared a draft contract. He asked for changes and clarifications. Changes to extend time frame from 60 to 90 days accepted and clarifications provided. Even include an extra 30 days as buffer. The only thing left was to sign a contract. Doesn't respond to messages or phone calls. Looks like a nice and knowledgeable person, but doesn't like to be held responsible for the work and timings."
