His crew went the extra mile blowing out our soffit vents and sealed off the attic access the entire time the worked as well as laid down protective rugs along the floor and window access they used and cleaned up entirely after they were done. "Abraham and his team were a fantastic help. Their service was life changing for our family. We live in a 120 year old home that had almost no insulation in the walls. Our HVAC could never keep up on cold, windy days. The last 3 winters there were times we had to go stay elsewhere as the home was too cold. Fast forward to this winter, after they completed the work we saw an immediate return. Bills went down and the home is comfortable. Heck there were times our HVAC stopped since it was so warm! "I signed a contract with LeafGuard on Nov 15, 2017 as well as paid a deposit for service. At the time, I was told that the installation back log was "6-9 weeks". Since then, I've heard very little from the company. I contacted them in early January and was told "4 or 5 more weeks", again in early Feb.and told "a few more weeks". Today is March 27 and I contacted them again and was told they're making good progress on their backlog but no estimate was available. I understand that weather delays happen but we're now at about 20 weeks out from the original contract date and they can't provide an estimate which I find unreasonable. Further, I find it poor customer service that I have to continually check in with them for schedule updates, rather than them informing me when they have another delay. I'm still hopeful their product is good if/when it actually gets installed."
