Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

The project included demolishing the old bathroom and building a more oversized bathroom that included moving walls, moving toilet and shower locations, adding a new large window (masonry), installing tiles and lighting, and building a new walk-in closet. Ryan's team did a great job, and we are delighted with the craftsmanship, detailing, and overall quality. Everybody on their team was friendly and ensured the house stayed clean during construction. "The project went very well and Above and Beyond Construction was very easy to work with. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. Our home is an older brick Spanish revival home and the owner of ABC went out of his way to find architectural materials for the addition that matched the style of our home. The crew was courteous, conscientious, pleasant, professional and very easy to have in our home. They were very neat and cleaned up every day before going home. "Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber.

"They were awesome. Went above and beyond. The price never changed. They were clean and meticulous and wanted to make sure we were happy. I even decided I wanted a bigger tub after he brought in the original one and I had him take it back. They did not complain or charge me more for the work. They are honest hard working, I can’t say enough positive things. The only negative and not really because it was Christmas time was a slight delay. To make up for that they wanted to work weekends and holidays as well. Pick them you won’t be disappointed."
