"I was concerned that I had mold on my basement walls.  Rich assured me that it was not mold on my basement walls.  However, he did find some mold on the wood on the ceiling.  But he told me that I could wash that off myself and he told me how to do it.  I have medical issues  and my husband is 70 years old.  We are going to try to do this ourselves.  But if we are physically unable to do it, we will most certainly use Rich and his team.  Rich seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly.  He did not charge me for the assessment even though he took time out of his schedule to come to my house and assess my basement.

"Service performed was outstanding. Donny provided quotes over the phone. We agreed to pricing. Technician came out and was very polite and meticulous ensuring everywhere in the attic was covered and cleaned for the mold remediation. Technician shared all details of what he was going to do. And he was very proud of his work! He asked me to go in the attic and check what he did and gave me the details of his work. Took approx 8 hours. Donny briefly came to job site to oversee work and make sure we were satisfied. The following day same technician came to install vapor Barrier in crawl. And a 3rd party company also came out to test the mold remediation work they had done the day prior. He graded them 99.9% and said they did an outstanding job (there was a VERY small 6"x6" area missed). The vapor barrier now being installed took approx 9 hours as crawl is only about 2-2 1/2 feet tall. Again Donny came out to ensure technicians job is being done satisfactorily as well as confirm we as clients were pleased with how the job is being done. When the technician finished, he used his personal cell phone to show us photos of the job he had completed. He gain was a VERY proud man of his work!!!! We should all learn from his work ethic. Then he went back into the attic to fix the small area of mold remediation that was missed the day prior. Would use them again 1000%. The only thing that did not go as planned was the first crew that was suppose to be there at 800am had a problem with their truck so Donny dispatched a second and single technical which, as mentioned above, we were VERY pleased with!!!!! So it was maybe a 60-90 min late start. But the results fantastic!"

"Job One: I thought I needed a new outer door but Jeff (the owner) suggested refurbishing the existing one which was more cost-effective. It hasn't looked this good since moving in! Job Two: I couldn't afford a whole new kitchen so Kelah, Austin and Joe worked their magic by taking the cabinet doors off and with new hardware and a couple coats of paint on the cabinets, ceiling and walls, I now have a really cheerful "new" kitchen. The crew was great to work with and even accommodated my small extra requests of putting new light switches in and helped me create a new hanging wall coat rack. JJB Home Improvements is fortunate to have a knowledgeable and friendly crew. Keeping them altogether is Tom, their office manager and juggler of all things scheduling and billing-wise. I had to change my start date a couple times and he handled that--and all communications with incredible promptness, professionalism and courtesy. Clearly JJB--in my opinion--has a really great team!"
