"Outstanding! Very good at helping me understand the foundation problems and scope of the job. Gave me a detailed bid that was in plain English so that I could understand and ask questions. The work was begun and done in the time frame stated and finished on time. The best bid for price (and I did seek other bids), and also a 20 year warranty. My husband, who understands these kinds of projects but was out of town, became available after the project was about half done and was very pleased with the work. Thus, having undertaken this necessary project myself, it turn out that I picked the best of the best to carry it out despite my lack of experience which was made up for by the Renew Basement Foundation professionals' education that they provided as I searched for a reliable contractor. Absolute integrity in every respect. From my stand point as a novice home foundation repair customer I felt confident, and from my husband's stand point where he did understand the scope of the project, all work was flawless. I absolutely recommend Renew and if I would ever need such service again, they are the only people I would consider. Also important to note, Renew noticed other problems that I had not identified, and they helped me to solve, such as a problem with the chimney. They knew someone who could fix it and did not charge extra for that work. It was as though they were looking after my best interest without my asking or in this case without my realizing the need. Again, when my husband arrived after the work was underway, he was completely impressed with the great care and attention to detail since he was aware of the chimney problem (although I wasn't). I don't think you will find a better contractor anywhere."

"We had several contractors come out to look at our Major foundation issues, large cracks, bowed walls, plugged drain tiles. After doing research on several busnesses we chose Accurate due to the many positive feedback reviews and meeting with Brian several times for an estimate and detailed information on their plan to solve our problem. We had to wait several weeks to get on their schedule and prayed for no snow or heavy rain. We got lucky and an Army of Accurate trucks , equipment and personnel came out on Monday , Dec 2nd. Not a second of time was wasted. Everyone had a mission and task and they did not hesitate to jump into this project. Tony explained their plan for the next several days and the crew got right to work. I dont think these guys even took a break . Fantastic work ethic. If I had any questions they were answered immediately and the entire project was completed in two days. Amazing... they fixed the walls, installed steel bracing, excavated the exterior and applied a sealer and new exterior and interior drain tiles. I cannot say enough. We had to wait to get Accurate to do the job but we are so happy that we did wait. I want to thank all the workers, Tony and also Cristella who called me prior to the start to explain what and when this would start. Again, as the homeowner for 32 years this was the most stressfull time in my life but once Accurate started I could see that I had nothing to worry about anymore. They did a fantastic job in just two days .. Also I have to add that their clean up of the job site each day was also amazing. You can barely tell that we had major work done. They swept the floors, driveway at both our home and our neighbors . They even cleaned the street making sure that no debris would be washed down the street to one of our neighbors. Inside clean up was also fantastic . I barely had to sweep as all the debris from this major, messy project was cleaned up and taken away. This may sound like thats not a big deal but we have heard horor stories on what contractors leave for the homeowners to do. That was just an added bonus of this fantastic company and group of guys... THANK YOU ALL..."

"Sweeping ankle-deep water down the sewer drain every time it rains is a pretty scary scenario, especially if you’re not a repair-savvy person. As luck would have it, the first place we called was Accurate Basement Repair. The friendly receptionist conducted a thorough and detailed intake and was patient when explaining terms unfamiliar to me. Jon from Accurate called the night before the consultation to confirm the appointment and gather additional information. During the consultation, Jon was extremely helpful in explaining the problem with the water in the basement, provided helpful solutions, and patiently answered our many questions, even though the necessary fixes were primarily “outside” fixes. I would highly recommend Accurate Basement Repair for their knowledge, high levels of professionalism, and helpfulness. "Dale was very thorough in his examination of my situation and gave me clear explanations of what was going on. Other firms that quoted the work insisted that the entire basement needed to be done. "There's not enough room on this review to express my experience with Tony and Jamie. Our situation with our foundation was very unique and presented some challenges. American's quote was not the lowest nor the highest quote we received. Our decision to use American as our contractor was based on their confidence and reassurance that they can help us through this ugly situation. From the onset the project they ran into trouble. No fault of anyone but mother nature. Both Tony and Jamie reassured us that we will get through this. The processes took several months, again mother natures doing. Jamie made special trips for inspections and shoring to ensure no catastrophic failures would occur until mother nature loosened her grip. The weather and time was finally in our favor and the American Foundation Specialist went to work. They were prompt, hard working and extremely professional. They made the best out of a bad situation for us as they could. Tony was so concerned with the outcome of the project he spent several days just supervising and advising as Jamie and the crew put our house back together. There were unexpected consequences from the weather and Tony took the time to explain the how, why and how much. I use his saying in my everyday life, "It's got to be right, it's got to look good." It is and it does. Years of stress due to the foundation issues are now gone. My wife and I can't be happier with the results and would/have recommended American Foundation Specialist to others. "Looks good overall however, after about six months it started cracking. The stamping was okay, but you can see the broom marks in the pattern. They must have dropped the mold at one point because there is a mar in the surface. When Mark came out he said I should 'get over it' and that I should get a hobby, not look at the patio. ???? He said concrete cracks and I shouldn't be surprised. I am embarrassed by the quality and think he should be too. Finally, the patio isn't even and there are at least two places where the water pools instead of running off. Marcus is a very hard working man and I think a combination of being in a hurry and the fact that it had rained very hard the two days between the removal of the old patio and pouring the new one, the base of gravel had been compromised and parts had eroded."

I called Haase with very little time before the close on my house for a foundation wall rebuild and not only did they work me into their December schedule, they got the work done faster than anticipated. The wall is beautiful and honestly, I wish I'd called and had his team out years ago. Competitive pricing and stellar product!
