"Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

"The end result was beyond my expectations! The entire team of workers were extremely professional, polite and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact I am so pleased that I am contracting with them again to remodel my kitchen."

"Josh and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Great communication, quality work, and beautiful results. Highly recommend!"

"Jason and his team just finished our house remodel project. It began late last year with a remodel of three bedrooms and a half bath. When they were done, we had no choice but make the rest of the house look as good as the bedrooms. So we almost immediately had Property Revision begin the complete remodel of our kitchen, living room and family room. This included a complete demo, removal of a lid bearing wall, and multiple layers of old flooring. They were originally scheduled for 8-10 weeks and completed the entire project in 6 and a half weeks. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about their trades. And their craftsmanship was some of the beat I have ever seen! To be clear, there was no surface in our entire house that they did not touch over a 4 month period of time. Would gladly work with them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone look for a remodeling of their home. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors already!!!"

"We have used bill and his team twice now for a kitchen remodel and basement remodel and couldnâ  t be happier with the service and results! Bill is down to earth, easy to talk to, has great ideas, and is honest and forthright! Highly recommend for any of your home needs!!"

"Mike is very thorough with the work that is visible and even more importantly, the quality of the work that is invisible! Quality is critical for bathroom or kitchen remodel to repair or to prevent water damage beneath the tile and flooring! He is also prompt and great at communication!"

"Dan, owner of Premier Asset Management and Maintenance LLC (PAMM, LLC), does quality work and does it exactly when he says he will. We had seen that in the past with several projects that he had done for us. Because we have so much confidence in him, we asked him to completely remodel our kitchen. When we requested a few additions to the project, Dan said “We can work with that”. When the countertop measurer pushed his own schedule, Dan said “We are going to make that happen”. Communication with Dan's office is easy. Things are going smoothly and I am looking forward to posting photos of the job when finished."

"It was a smooth organized remodel . All workers were very professional and clean-up was immaculately done! Nick was a great contractor we would definitely hire again!!"

"Rich did a remodel of our kitchen. The house was built in 1921 and we expected that there could be some plumbing and electrical issues behind the walls. Even addressing those issues, the work was completed two weeks early and the budget was not impacted much! Thanks to Rich we have a great beautiful new kitchen."

"Had our kitchen redone; really happy with the results!"
