The most extensive was a complete bathroom remodel, replacing plumbing (including installing a cast iron tub), laying floor, wall, shower & tub tile, and installing a vent fan/light over the shower/tub. Nick does a lot of big projects, and our job was a smaller one, so we had to work around other schedules from time to time, and Nick is also not big on tons of email or paperwork which was mostly fine, but there were a few minor miscommunications and moments where we wanted more information, but all was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. "Excellent Job. 2nd time I hired this company. Why, because of their craftmanship and attitude. I don't hire them for little jobs, but ones that take days to complete. I had a difficult (near impossible garage door (the one you walk through) that just wasn't closing right, and they said it needed replacing, but also found a rotted stoop. Replaced the frame and stoop, caulked and cleaned the area and took away the old wood and frame. In my bathrooms, they cleaned the old caulk off my tub and floor and re-caulked, and caulked around a pipe in the wall. Fixed hand railings, door handles and mitigated a drainage problem and did some painting. Try them, and you will agree with me."
