"Theresa did an excellent job of helping us narrowing down our choices of colors and carpet selection. She went above and beyond by contacting the carpet distributers to find out if the carpet would be available. When she found out they could not guarantee it would be delivered when we needed it, she again spent more time helping us find another comparable brand that matched quality and color that would be available. Never did she rush us or try to sell us what we didn't want. She set us up with one of their (preferred) carpet installers who did an great job installing the carpet. The downside: they arrived every day after 9:30 AM, took 2 days and approximately 3 hours on the 3rd day to install 187 Sq yards of carpet. Even when on the last day when they assured me they would be here at 9 am, it was about 9:45 when they arrived to finish the job. while overall they did a great job, the carpet looks great, being punctual was not their strong point, however, I'm glad the job was done right. <br />"

When I arrived from VA the next day, it was beautiful! It has been a seamless (no pun intended!) process from day one. From getting financing for the project, to picking out colors. She was helpful in working with a price while factoring in a 15% military discount and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I appreciate this company and will recommend them and will use them again! By the way, their pricing was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than Lowes (a store I LOVE) and the quality of carpet was better too! <br />"
