"Great job on short notice. Jeff of Carpet Masters had cleaned the entire carpeting of the condo last summer, and we wanted 2/3 of it done again before moving. Jeff responded quickly to a Saturday afternoon phone call and was able accommodate our request to do the job within 3 days. He arrived on time, got right to work, was friendly and talkative the entire time, had no problem adapting to the confines and quirks of the townhome complex, and got the job done quickly and cleanly despite a snowstorm. "We are very pleased with the porcelain tile flooring installation in our foyer and bathroom by Adair Floors.  We would highly recommend them.  We had three estimates and each company suggested a different method but we felt that the price from Adair was very reasonable considering that they provided the most thorough approach of taking out the old flooring. Rob (owner) and his son did our floor install and it was a very difficult job since the floor had to be leveled to meet up with the kitchen floor and areas of the old flooring seemed to be sloping.  It came out perfectly. They were very professional, on time and responsive to our questions.  They also ordered new bathroom fixtures and installed for us (their plumber came out to do that).  We will be calling them again when it comes time to do our carpeting. <br />"

He worked with us regarding the price so we could stay within our budget. The employee who came out to measure, as well as the installers, both arrived at the agreed upon time.
