"I saw their notice regarding free estimate for attic insulation at the  Home/Garden show.  I left my information and they contacted me about a week or two later.  We scheduled an appointment.   Jason came out and inspected everything, we discussed options and he gave me estimates for both.  I was going to be out of town for a while and he said he would extend the home show discount until after i got back.  I scheduled the installation with Tina - she checked back with me (both email and phone).   John and Nick showed up a little late on the install day, as their previous job ran longer than expected.  Both Nick and John were very professional and personable.  They explained what they were going to do and let me view the work in progress, as i was curious.  They answered all my questions and did a great job in cleanup - even vacuuming the grass :).   I am pleased with the work and am looking forward to the savings the added insulation will provide."

"Due to the age of my roof, I decided to be proactive by seeking bids from contractors through Angie's List/Home Advisor. Guardian contacted me, and I set an appt. with the rep, Sonny Shah. He inspected the roof and told me that I did not need a new roof, that there were very serviceable years left. He offered his advice on keeping or replacement of rain gutters & leaf-guards, and general comments on treating tree sap on the shingles. I was certainly pleasantly surprised by his comments, and absolutely impressed with his honest appraisal, even while recognizing that this would eliminate my immediate roofing purchase. "On Saturday I noticed a leak in my home and assumed it was from a leak in my roof because I could not find the source for the water anywhere.  I left a me a message on their machine and received a call back within an hour.  Ken scheduled an appointment with me at 3:00 p.m. the very next day.  Ken arrived a few minutes early, inspected my roof and asked to see the leak in my home.  Upon inspection Ken was able to see that the water was coming from a crack in the grout line in a shower.  Ken felt my roof was in good shape but could use a cleaning to remove moss as well as having a few cedar shingles nailed down.  He gave me the names of reputable people to call and was on his way.  No charge! Based on the other reviews for Lefever I will not hesitate to call them when I have a real roof issue.
