My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself. "The service went pretty well. They came out in a fairly reasonable time. The cost went over the $3,995 Big Deal. It is all based on measurements and so forth. Part of the reason why I had it done was my roof was leaking. In probably two months after we got the spring rains, I do not think the leak area got fixed. So, I would probably have to call them back out. The price was fair for what was done; it was reasonable."

"Matt was extremely responsive and consultative during the sales process, far more so than some of their similarly well reviewed competitors. It took several consultations to get just the right door and windows selected, during which Matt was very helpful and patient. "Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"Overall we're pleased with the results.  To someone who has never seen the ceiling before I don't think they could tell we'd had a water leak and had to cut out the damaged drywall, patch it, re-texture the patch, and paint.

If I had to ding these guys for anything it would be for the spots of plaster we found in the carpet and on some furniture after they left.

As I said, overall we're pleased and would use them again."

"I took advantage of the Angie's List deal of $99 for the gutter and roof cleaning.  While I normally do my own gutter cleaning; due to recent shoulder surgery, I am unable to do so this year, so for the price, I couldn't pass this up.  Plus, there was some asphalt roof debris on my roof, thanks to the house next door.  :/  While initial communication rapport could have been better, Mr. Scott made up for it, with timely and frequent communication in the end.  From what I can tell (since I can't climb up a ladder at the moment!), the roof and gutters both appear to have been cleared off all leaves and debris, as visible from the sidewalk and what water is coming out of the downspouts.  Thanks Roofing Service Specialists!"

In late December of 2013, there was a leak that had appeared in a complicated valley. The 12/12 pitch roof drains down to a wall of siding. I came home to see Ice running down the wall of my front porch and found ice in the attic at that valley. I immediately called Don Jordan and told him the bad news. He came out within the hour and looked at the damage. Within a day or two, once the area had thawed, he sent someone out to see if an immediate repair could be made. That repairman did not find a leak and said that some roofs are just meant to leak, to which I immediately disagreed. The repairman relayed his findings to Don. Don called and told me that he did not agree with the repairman, and that roofs are not meant to leak. Don said he would do a free replacement when it got warmer. I noticed that it did not leak when it rained, but only when there was snow in the valley. I mentioned this to Don and he noted that it was probably an issue with the ice and water shield. As it got warmer outside, he followed up with me a couple of times to find out if it was leaking. Since it only leaked after the one heavy snow, I was willing to work around Don's other jobs. He let me know a couple of times that he had not forgotten about me and assured that he would take care of it before it got cold again. In mid September, Don sent out his repair expert to make sure the valley did not leak again. Don's repair expert, José, was able to confidently identify what was causing the leak and repair the valley properly. I had previously worked with Don and José back in 2010 for a repair on this same valley that had held up to rain and heavy snow, prior to hail tearing up the entire roof in 2011. After the first repair had held, I knew that José would do a great job. He meticulously repaired/replaced the valley and within 6 hours. Don and José were professional and cleaned up after the repair. There were 3.5 bundles of unused shingles left over from the project that I offered to buy from Jordan Roofing to have on hand the event that the Flagstone color scheme would be discontinued. Don gave me the extra shingles that as a thank you for being flexible with the timing of the free repair.
