"I hired Bob Phalan for repairs and renovation of a rental unit in Dorchester that had wear and tear from multiple tenants. Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a good problem solver and can suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. I would definitely hire him again."

"Bertie came out to look at the gate on a Wednesday night. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I would definitely hire Bertie again and I highly recommend him."

"I recently hired All For U Roofing and Masonry to repair my fieldstone foundation and waterproof the exterior, and I?m extremely pleased with the results. From the start, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain the condition of the foundation and clearly outlined the work that needed to be done. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing I was dealing with experienced contractors who understood exactly how to handle fieldstone repairs properly. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. They carefully repaired the damaged sections of the foundation and ensured everything was structurally sound before applying a full waterproofing system to the exterior. The attention to detail really stood out, and you can tell they take pride in their work.
