"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"The Curtis Group was hired to Design, Contract Manage and build an addition as well as remodel Kitchen, replace roof and paint both exterior and interior of main house and addition. Both Eric and Scott and their entire Team were excellent to work with."

"I needed the work complete in 10 days. Humbarto was punctual every step in the process. The work was done on time as discussed. He scrape the ceiling added a bonding compound. When dried he plaster and came back later to prime and paint. The ceilings were smooth and painted professionally. The kitchen wall looked great no more cracks. Humbarto answered all my calls and questions. He explained what he would do and he was here for the whole project. I would hire him again."

"As above...simply marvelous. Eduardo is extremely neat, always cleaning up when done and placed materials and tools away properly. I had originally met Eduardo three years ago when my sliding glass doors needed replacing and ceilings, closets etc. needed painting. His English, at first, was difficult but since that time, he has vastly improved along with his personal talents and experience as a professional. His carpentry skills and his inbred abilities to do most anything are outstanding. He completed work (counters, seating, flooring etc) in my daughter's Cafe in ample time and nicely done for her grand opening. He's hung closet doors, sliding doors, installed faucets, exhaust fans. He's done some plumbing, tiling, a full shower with built in seat, interior and exterior house painting, rake boards, trim, a bit of electrical work, etc. He's repaired, retaped and painted several ceilings. He has replaced all of the rotted boards hither and yon throughout my property; from the front and back porches and decks, to the shed, to the front stairs to the trim around doors, windows etc. Eduardo, most importantly, is honest and trustworthy and, I must say, most respectful...always. I would not and did not hesitate to leave my doors open when I was out. My home was open for him. He takes pride in his work and has quietly done many extra things that have surprised me so. Example; my trash barrels have been brought in for me, my garden tools or hoses have been picked up for me. Saw dust, debris, dust and dirt have all been cleaned away. He is a good person, a hard worker, and is fairly priced. I would recommend him at any time. You may speak to me personally if you wish further information. He would have my number. I truly, truly, appreciate everything that he has done for me. Work still needs doing and he diligently is working on my list: fieldstone walls that need rebuilding, smoke detectors needing replacing, attic vent fan replacement, wallpaper removal, more interior painting, some high hedge trimming, mulching, edging etc. etc. etc. He will shine at anything and everything that you need doing. "I attended Richard’s class, Planning Your Remodeling Project, spring 2023. His class provided comprehensive information on the process and planning required to achieve a successful renovation project. He granted us free access to the educational material and some of the planning tools (others are only available to his clients), on his company’s website. This served as the foundational info for his class presentations. He is a passionate subject matter expert and the class was interactive. He also brought in guest speakers, local professionals, with experience in supporting their customers in various aspects of their renovation projects."

"I highly recommend Sanfer Rocha and D.S. Partners Construction for a bathroom remodel. Sanfer was professional, transparent with costs, and responsive to questions during the whole renovation process. His workers were skilled, prompt, and friendly. Sanfer also suggested vendors and provided helpful tips. I am very happy with our beautiful bathroom and would hire him again for another renovation."

"Derek, James and their crew completely gutted and remodeled my bathroom. The whole process was amazing. They are experienced and knew up front what needed to be done. There were no surprises. They work very hard and quick. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Their communication is amazing and their work is exceptional."

"Khaled, of Abalia arrived on time, and quickly assessed a loose shingle issue with the roof of our detached garage. Security rope over the roof, ladder to the lower edge of the roof, 10 minutes "on site", and done. Good as new. Could not have asked for / expected better service."

"Seemed like a good contractor and would have him participate other projects.

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."
