"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. Additionally, Jane, Brandon, and Dustin are genuinely nice people that were great to get to know and interact with throughout the effort. From the start, Jane and Brandon came up with creative solutions to allow us to get everything we wanted in the renovation, and figured out potential pitfalls and workarounds before the work even started. They were great with helping us decide on overall designs and individual items throughout the work. They put together a thorough breakdown of costs for their proposal that they tracked throughout the effort, as well as a schedule that they stuck closely to. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. They seemed to treat the job like it was their own house. Overall, we'd highly recommend them, and would hire them again for any future work."

"I thought my disposal had died and would need replacement.  One of Cuddy's plumbers showed up promptly, despite snowy streets, and got it going with a couple of simple moves; he would only accept payment for his time and the trip.  He also showed me what to do if the situation recurs.  Considering that he could have sold me a new disposal and made a lot more money, I appreciated his ethical choice in doing the repair and then showing me how to deal with it in future.

"I contacted The Siding Guy when we found an area of wood siding that was rotten and realized that there was water running underneath after coming off the roof. We had no idea how long it had been happening or how much damage was hiding behind the rotten siding. Joe came out and gave a fair estimate to pull down and replace the siding, noting that until he got the siding ripped off he couldn't say how much, if any, damage was inside. His had to reschedule once, but since he was attempting to schedule us between existing jobs as a courtesy I didn't mind. We wanted to get it fixed before the next storm came through if possible. His crew arrived as scheduled and once they pulled down the damaged siding they realized that there was rot in the structure below. Unfortunately he had to stop work because now the repairs involved structure and needed permits. They made the area secure and even added a temporary gutter to funnel any rain away from the open areas. Once the permits were acquired, they removed all the rotten wood, replaced with new, replaced the vapor barrier, insulation and painted and installed new siding. They also added a gutter and spout to drain the rain away from the house. The work was done professionally and Joe was very clear along the way with what was going on, prices, etc. His crew were polite and did a great job cleaning up after each day. I would recommend The Siding Guy."

"I hired MA Design and Construction Co to do my bathroom remodel at the recommendation of a friend who also used them for a bathroom/kitchen remodel, and I would definitely hire them again. Not only did they finish right on schedule, but they understood my desire to stay within budget, and never tried to pressure me to overspend or increase costs. They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother. I also had some plumbing issues arise (old valves that needed replacing) which they were able to replace without adding time to the schedule. Marc, Raquel, and team were great and very responsive. Raquel’s design suggestions were really helpful to me, as I wasn’t 100% sure what would look good in a small bathroom. I would definitely recommend their work!"

"I had a leak in my oil tank and could not find someone that could replace my tank in less than 6 weeks, Paul called me back and really tried to help me out, he could install in less than 2 weeks since mine was leaking, in the end my oil company was able to get someone in sooner so I had to go with them given the cold weather we were having and needed to have heat in my house, I just wanted to let people know that this company got back to me and tried to help when I could not get others to even call me back. Thank you!"

"I tried to clear both of these myself, unsuccessfully. Clearing one sink was complicated by some old and delicate piping that we didn't want to damage. He stuck with it, was very careful, and managed to clear both without needing to open walls or cut and replace pipe. Hurray!"

"The job required a quick trip to Home Depot by the plumber, but the installation was still completed quickly and I am very happy with the outcome. I would definitely hire Affordable Drain Flow again."
