I found Spakes through Nextdoor and they were reasonably priced plus financed replacement of our roof and decking. The guys came in and were done in one day. They were thorough and took great care in clearing the old roof and cleaning up any debris or trash. We have used his network for repairs to our HVAC and plan to use them for any future home improvements. We highly recommend them. Chase and his team are prompt and give a fair price. They donâ t sugarcoat anything and tell you the truth about whatâ s going on and what needs to be done."
