I am already seeing the effects of having my roof coated in asphalt aluminum. My house is definitely cooler. He even came back an extra day to make sure that the moisture from the night before had not caused any places to not seal properly. There was some slight sealant overspray on my fascia and he cleaned every bit off. Left nothing behind but good vibes and a great job.
