"Ric and his team were great. Extremely professional and knew what they were doing. He mounted TVs for me ,fix my closet, took a door down, move furniture installed door locks, hung pictures, took measurements for my window blinds and fixed a couple things. I had a lot of work for him and he got it done fast and the job is done right. I definitely recommend his services."

"It went extremely well. The garage door opener was installed in several hours. When he was finished, he took the time to explain how the system worked, and didn't leave until he was sure we knew how the opener. Very professional."

"Jeff really is AWESOME! He has done a lot of work for me over the last 18 mos. and will be doing more, because he is always on time, exceeds expectations and his fees are always reasonable. Most importantly, Jeff really does treat your home like his own. And while he is a first-rate painter, what impressed me most was his ability to turn his hand to just about anything and do it extremely well. So, I did not need to hire a lot of different pros to get projects from start to finish. Jeff did a beautiful job patching drywall and painting the interiors of 2 homes for me--one of which sold in 3 days for the asking price, the other I live in now. He matched the exterior paint on the chimney of my new home to cover the seller’s sloppy stucco patch job and did it so well the patch itself is hardly noticeable. He’s installed 4 new ceiling fans and moved 2 others for me. Plus, he has replaced a dining room pendant light, an 8-lamp bathroom vanity light and 2 garage wall lanterns. Also, Jeff patched a hole in the side of the concrete foundation and did such a great job, it’s unnoticeable, and so tight it stopped tiny ants from coming in. He also repaired several interior and exterior doors and replaced all but the frame of a damaged attic ladder by himself (Not an easy job). Jeff is amiable and honest and when he couldn’t do a job, he said so. Then he went out of his way to find someone who could, for a great price. Can’t ask for more than that."

"Very well. Kevin is very proficient and has a broad range of abilities for home needs. For us, he installed multiple fans, painted a tray ceiling, installed canopy lights, pendant lights, cellular shades, curtain rods and curtains; assembled bed foundations and shelving units. Everything was completed to our complete satisfaction."

"I initially contacted Mike because of the package deal of 2 hours of work for $135.00. Mike and his wife came to view the job which consisted of 200 square feet of flooring, one bathroom, two ceiling fans and one long main living area window ledge. Mike felt the job required more time and a price of $200.00, was set.

On the appointed day, his team of  two housekeepers came and did the work. I was very pleased with the job the housekeepers did as I have had another brand name commercial cleaning service do this cottage in the past and the two housekeepers who came were casual hires and knew nothing about how to properly clean, let alone how to commercially clean .

Mike's two housekeepers also included cleaning a kitchenette sink area on their own which had not been a part of our agreement, but was very nice of them. I thought that the window sill in the living room area was a particular problem, but the housekeepers were able to bring it sparkling clean. The housekeepers did an excellent job for which I am most grateful.
