His experience helped a lot because I wasn't aware of all of the details that go into renovating a home. He had suggestions on everything and even talked me out of things that I thought would work good in my home, but he knew it wasn't the right fit for what I was wanting. I was also impressed that when Brad told me he was going to do something or be somewhere, he was always there. Every day he said he was going to be working on my house, he was there. I have no complaints about this process with Quality Home Improvements. It actually went a lot smoother than I ever anticipated and I think that was due to having a contractor who was well experienced. His work is VERY TEDIOUS and there is nothing that I saw that I wished had been done better. My house was always left in the condition that I left it or better, and remnants from working were always picked up. If I ever need any other remodel work done, I know who I will contact."
