"This hire was a mixed bag leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth. Pros: Responded quickly with drying equipment when initially called. After a major fail, the boss remediated a smelly situation. Cons: POOR COMMUNICATION and customer service. Multiple attempts at communication of process went unanswered, or no follow through. Repeatedly asked about initiation of reconstruction and repairs--was told by workers twice (while in my home), and by the boss twice (on the phone) that their office's repairs side would be instructed to follow up with me. I am 8 weeks into the process, and NO ONE ever followed up! Meanwhile left without the use of my master bathroom. To give a timeline, the deconstruction and drying process was complete the first week FAULTY PROCEDURE during deconstruction. -Removed my toilet leaving it FULL OF WASTE. They placed this toilet in my bathtub, creating a smelly and unhygienic situation. -Left Sewer pipes exposed -SAFETY PROBLEMS leaving exposed nails "
