We were probably the pickiest clients he's ever had but he somehow exceeded all of our expectations for quality workmanship and attention to detail. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Bob did a great job. Everything was nice and neat. Only small problem we had with him is the promise to be out to do the repair the following week, but heard nothing all week. We called him the following Monday and he explained that he had lost an employee and that he was very busy. Bob said he would be there on Friday in the afternoon. He did come late Friday afternoon and did the repair even continuing when it started raining. We are very pleased with Bob's Complete Construction."

"Rob is a consummate professional. He assisted us in discovering and dealing with damage from a leak in our basement wall. Rob made suggestions for the repair which was completed by our waterproofing company. He replaced the dry wall after cutting a one foot high section out of the perimeter of the room for the waterproofing work. Weeks later after the waterproofing was finished, he replaced the dry wall. We painted the walls and he came back to replace the baseboard trim. Rob always kept his appointments for work at our house. If he could not come at the appointed time, he called and set up another time. The work stretched over several months. We were delighted with the results. He did a wonderful job and we would not hesitate to call on him again."
