"My initial experience was positive. The salesperson was very helpful and I chose carpeting that was reasonable for my budget. The installers were punctual and courteous. However, the price in the store for my carpeting was incorrect, and when it came time to pay, the salesperson was pretty rude when I demanded the price that was on the sample in the store. He even refused to let me talk to his boss. After speaking with another salesperson, I was given the price that was in the store and a credit for the extra labor for stairs, which was nice. I'm not totally pleased with the installation. There are air pockets and bumps all over the place, and when I went back to the store, I was told to try sticking pins in the air pockets and if that didn't work, they would come pull up the carpet. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore, so I'll probably just accept all the imperfections because I don't want to turn my basement upside down to fix them.

This was installed in two days. The staircase was sanded and restained to match the new floor. The result is a perfect match. "Excellent. George and his team are great to work with. They always show up exactly when they say they will, even when forecasting over a month out. We have installed and/or refinished hardwood so about 90% of the house is hardwood now and George’s team did all of it and it looks great. They’ve done rails, spindles and baseboard as well. Excellent quality and any issues that arise, they work with you to make sure it looks good when complete. Have recommended to several friends and family."
