"We had a french drain and a sump pump put in. The basement was never quite dry after they put the French drain. We called to complain and they sent out the repair man. "Recently I bought a second home in Michigan and after a big rain there was water on the bathroom floor in the basement. I called other companies in the area to get some estimates for this issue and I all I could get was voicemails and they would not come to my house to even give me an estimate for at least 2-3 weeks. Joe and his crew are professional, honest, and very efficient. My repair on my basement wall has been fixed and my basement is once again dry. All of these repairs were done for just a few hundred dollars instead of thousands of dollars. If I should have any other issues with water in my basement, I will call Joe.
