"5 Star Appliance representative Anthony called Sunday am and said he could come to my house at 6pm same day, to fix my old Kenmore dryer. I explained dryer symptoms and he was pretty sure he knew what it needed; new coils. He arrived on time, went right to work, had replacement coils with him and installed them quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his wearing shoe covers in house. He also cleaned lint out of blower motor housing and vacuumed inside of dryer. Our repaired dryer was good as new; already have run 6 or 7 loads and couldn t be happier with this repair service."

Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done.
