All Jersey was the best priced and top quality. They took the time to discuss different options for the doors and what fit with our expectations, replaced the outdated tracks, springs etc and we are very pleased. Highly recommend!"

JR recommended a torsion spring slightly longer than the original installed by the builder. The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Angel performed the installation. The consummate pro, he was extremely careful and exacting in all aspects of the job. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work. "Do not work with these people. They come out and recommend replacement of all the springs on the door, plus replaceing all the bearing wheels. When you don't go along with their recommendations they roll all the costs into the work that you are having done. In this case, one spring and installation, $450. Got it done by another company for half of that, $210. Called them to complain, their excuse was they are a bigger company and their prices are higher. The customer should not have to pay for their company being bigger. Very, very, disappointed in their approach and professionalism."

Also, I had asked him to examine the other garage door and because I had noticed some irregular movement on that side and the technician found the problem and replaced the pulley on that side.
