"The job went very well and looked better than I imagined. I had a traditional pressure treated deck that was built 25 years ago. Maintenance was a nightmare to the point I stained the deck a solid color. This needed to be freshened up every couple of years. I tired of doing this chore so I contacted several contractors. Those contacted were not very enthusiastic and submitted extremely high bids without explaining exactly what materials they were using or a plan of attack. "The owner, Leon, really oversaw the job. He came by to check with his employees several times during the day every day. The work performed was real old fashioned European craftsmanship. The skirt on the deck is so nice and even has a door so we can use underneath the deck for storage. The guys always showed up early and went right to work and stayed until 5pm (even in drizzly days) so our deck was finished quickly. The workers also took everything off the old deck and put it back when finished! Our deck is absolutely gorgeous!"
