"From the beginning of the project to the end, the co-owners Ross and Andy and their diverse team of technicians and workers were professional, reassuring, prompt, and thorough. I particularly appreciated not only the diversity of their team but the camaraderie among them that led to efficiency and ease of service. They treated our house with respect, cleaning up after themselves at every step of the process and were trustworthy, as we needed to leave them alone in our home during most of the process. They even asked if they could use the restroom. On the way out, I mentioned a problem with my kitchen faucet and Ross stopped his exit, got down on the floor, found the problem and made the repair on the spot-no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves with an extensive and expensive home repair of this type. They were, in a word, TERRIFIC. "Jack came and took a look at the problem and was back the next morning with a helper to do the job. They did a great job. They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

The washer line came into the joint thus he had to replace that line not just fix the joint. I have the old grey pipes that has since been outlawed for usuage.
