The company started out as Advanced Ventilation Solutions which grow quickly in crawl space repair and basement waterproofing, but we did very little in terms of ventilation services. Frustrated, I canceled the contract only to discover that in the fine print of the contract language, HydroHelp911 gets to keep 35% of the total project cost. They chose to enforce the contract to the letter. My initial deposit was gone! All terms and conditions in their contract are written to defend HydroHelp911 legally. Again, they chose to enforce these terms even after 3 delays. Potential customers beware."
