We ordered the door online with the items he suggested (he only requested what was really necessary for the job), and he picked it up at the store, saving us an $80 delivery fee from box store. He was a great communicator and installed the door without any issues. He was courteous, punctual, trustworthy and we would definitely hire him again."

"The technician was polite and we have to assume the work was done right. The call was described was $165 for a cleaning and inspection with other charges for anything else they see. Seemed reasonable until the technician indicated he would only clean the vent, not the dryer, and wanted more money for a new dryer hose and another inspection. $500 - half the cost of a new dryer. Didn't go the whole route... Not saying it was a scam but they are not cheap and beware the upselling - not happy...."
