Despite scheduling challenges presented by COVID-19 and an incorrectly measured shower pan (which had to be re-ordered), we are pleased with the results. Ben and crew were very polite and respectful to our COVID-19 concerns and performed their jobs quite well. Whenever I had a question, Ben answered it thoroughly. He removed and put in 2 new toilets, removed and recaulked a terrible caulking job from the previous owners, added caulking to both baths that needed to be done, replaced the outdoor spicket so now it works, and cleaned everything up so it was looking better than when he arrived!
