Product arrived and I scheduled the install, long story short the morning of install the contractor Amazon was providing cancelled. I reached out to HomeAdvisor and within 15 min M.G.M Garage Door Services called me and discussed the project and price. We then scheduled install and he arrived within an hour. "Dan and Albe did a fantastic job. They showed up on time with whole team. They came in all were very professional accessed the area walk in tub to be installed and told me the plan of installation. Once the electrical piece was done they came to notify they were done and to have a nice day. Nice touch. I felt the job was done earlier than I expected and done in 1 day. Dan explained how to work the tub and if I had any questions after installation feel free to give them a call, even if I have a question in a couple of months. I called 5 other companies and some cost less, but NewPro had such great customer service I decided to go with them. Now the the tub has been installed I know I made the right decision and it was definitely worth the money."
