"The Paul the plumber team was really great. I needed a whole AC replacement, air handler and compressor/ heat exchanger. From quote to install was under a week! This all happened during those crazy hot 95+ degree days so it was urgent. The only issue I had was the air handler was installed backwards. The team had to come out a 3 rd day to make it right. Later, (that same evening) he emailed a written estimate for us to look over and sign in order to schedule our job asap. The job was scheduled quickly (within days) and the install went very smoothly. The small cut-outs in the sheetrock they needed to remove for wiring the outlets were very cleanly cut and repaired with care. We were very impressed with how efficient they were, and how pleasant it was to deal with their positive can-do attitude that we hired them to install recessed lighting in 3 more rooms in the house. Dan also installed an exterior security light for us upon our request. They were fairly punctual and communicated well if they were running behind. I definitely recommend Dan and am considering hiring him for my other bathroom remodel projects.
