Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. "Tom and his team did a magnificent job on two projects for us. First was the kitchen remodel which included knocking down a walk, flooring and painting if the whole first floor. In addition, they designed the decorative molding on the walls in the dining room, put in a new front door and french doors, and painted our stair railings. It is a whole new house. We thought we couldn't be happier, but then Tom and crew came back and turned a decrepit 3 season porch into the most beautiful screened in porch. Tom does a great job providing suggestions and communicating the timeline. If things change, which they always will no matter how best you plan, he made sure to communicate the changes quickly. Alex, the carpenter, is amazing and meticulous. Perry did an amazing job painting. We will continue to hire Tom and his team as projects arise. We searched high and low for help. Most contractors never replied back or no showed their quote appointment. Paul and Lindsey responded quickly and professionally. They weren’t our cheapest or most expensive quote, but after meeting with Paul it was an easy choice. On time, polite, professional and amazing communication. He took what I wanted and made it happen within weeks. There were questions/concerns during the process and he addressed them quickly and was able to deliver what was promised- a beautiful tile shower and a functional basement laundry room.
