"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

"Bob was great. He came to the house listened to my concerns and the areas that I suspected, performed the test and got back to me quickly with the results. There was mold. He then prepared a remediation plan, provided several recommendations for remediation contractors. I was able to get several bids and Bob continued to follow up. "A plumber told my renters there was black mold in the ceiling of my rent house and caused extreme panic.  I found Mold Inspection Sciences on Angie's List and they came to the home the next day to perform tests on the alleged black mold and air.  They ran extensive professional tests on samples in the attic as well as tests of the air quality in the bedroom, living room, and outside entrance.  Upon completing the test results, they sent an extensive written report to verify there was not any black mold in the samples taken.  They also answered all my questions regarding the report and were very professional. <br /> I was extremely pleased with their services."

"Easy to work with from the initial inspection to create a quote through to all the remediation work. No hard sell, spent time with us to explain what was going to happen.
