They were punctual and reliable, and very diligent to clean up after themselves and did a lot of prep work to keep from damaging anything. There weren't any oil spots left in my driveway from his truck as I've dealt with in previous projects with other contractors. He uses quality materials, and even left me with some extra drawer tracks in case I need to replace any from wear and tear. They were on top of it, and did an excellent job."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
