"Jason Harbison was prompt and professional. Along with a clogged shower, he addressed my non working dishwasher, and another shower with a heating problem. Two of the 3 problems have been previously addressed by others who did not provide a lasting solution. I was very impressed with his knowledge in these areas. I’ll definitely call on Watermark Plumbing again. "

"Although this company is very courteous and employees are professional, they lack any common sense and will cost you time and money. I have used this company a few times now and this seems to be a consistent issue. The first time, they installed a leak defense system in the middle of my yard and placed a plastic rock on top, which looked obvious and terrible. In addition to paying the initial fee for install, I had to pay an additional $500 for them to come back out and reinstall it against the wall. Today, I had them come install pop-ups for some of my sinks and they didn’t check to see if the pop-ups had all parts before installing so I had to pay for removal of old drain, install of defective new drain and then reinstall of old drain. They offered no apology or discount so I ended up paying for 1.5 hours of work for NOTHING. I would not recommend this company."

"I called Arthur Hager in August of 2021 about a noise coming from the attic. The technician came out and claimed that my filter needed to be changed. I change my filters every three months but this is what he told my wife. I called them later that year in November because my house was not heating and technician came out and told me it was my blower motor and the warranty went out in October and it would be 1,100.00 dollars to fix it and now it is June 29th 2022 and the fan motor just went out on the AC unit and the house built in 2016. If you getting a house built please do not use this AC company."
