Customers say: True professional

"DR Bob treated my tree for Dutch elm disease, as well as my shrubs for spider mites, and black spot. Definitely cheaper than replacing all my shrubs, which I was preparing to do. Prompt and professional. Fingers crossed, this works!"

"As usual, Condren does an expert job on trees. I call them at least every two years to remove the mistletoe that not only is unsightly, but can kill a tree if left unchecked. They not only removed all the mistletoe, but thoroughly cleaned up our yard when finished."

"I bought a "DEAL" so I know I got a great price on the work. Jock Wilson and his team were in and out in a flash. My trees look far better than I expected and the team left the property so clean you would have never guessed we'd had the trees done. They also stayed for a bit to answer some questions that my husband had regarding our property. We already have plans to use them again."

"Excellent! He came out and gave me a quote so great I hired them and cancelled my other estimates. They came out the next day and did an excellent job on all the trees, honestly its the best trimming my trees have had. I was so happy with this company I am going to use them again for my mom's house."

"This is the best-kept secret in pest control: These sprays WORK BEAUTIFULLY. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. In previous years, our backyard has been nearly unusable during the summer months.. Not because of the heat, but because of the mosquitoes.   <br /> THIS YEAR WAS DIFFERENT: A once-per-month visit from Mid-Cities eliminated mosquitoes completely. I haven't seen one since their first visit in June.  <br /> The treatment involves spraying the front and back yard areas (including shrubs and trees) using an ingenious sprayer adapted to a commercial leaf-blower system. The product is non-toxic (didn't affect the fish in our Koi pond) and odorless. Even after heavy rains, the treatment worked continuously.  <br /> I recommend them enthusiastically. <br />"

"My husband was really pleased and he’s continued to use them for other things. I remember that he was prompt which is hard to find, and he was really informative, and as far as I know he went over everything and the whole thing was really satisfactory. I’m not sure that there was anything that could have been done better. We already used them again."

FAQs for trees & shrubs treat, protect and maintain projects in Weatherford, TX

A tree doctor or tree surgeon is another term for an arborist. The term is more common in places like the United Kingdom. They are professionals trained to plant, care for, maintain, diagnose, and remove trees of all kinds. Tree doctors have specialized knowledge to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Arborists are tree care specialists who plan, maintain, and enhance the health of trees with expert precision. They prune, diagnose diseases, treat pest infestations, remove hazardous limbs, and manage debris cleanup while developing comprehensive landscaping plans. They also handle tree planting and work with landscape professionals to ensure long-term tree vitality and safety.

Consulting arborists are tree experts who can advise homeowners and business owners on the right trees to plant, how to care for existing trees, and what to do about trees that appear to be sick or pose a safety threat. A consulting arborist may work with local landscape architects, investment property owners, city governments, developers, and other arborists.

An arborist may be able to save a dying tree. If you notice that your tree suddenly appears to be sick or is exhibiting unusual behavior, contact an arborist immediately. They will thoroughly inspect the tree to determine what might be wrong with it—and will let you know if it’s possible to save the tree and how to do it.

Verifying an arborist’s credentials is crucial for reliable tree care. Arborists must be licensed by their state and hold certifications from reputable organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Request proof of licensing and certification, and review local recommendations to ensure you are hiring a professional who meets high industry standards and adheres to strict safety protocols.
