"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. He s building two additional cabinets for me from scratch to complement my kitchen and bath. He s still working on them, so I ll post again once he s completed the project."

"The provider met customer at customer's home to measure, offer suggestions, and measure for laundry room cabinets. The provider suggested a fold down folding table to maximize the use of the laundry room space. Great idea! The provider was very punctual in emailing quote, and answered questions regarding the job. Once the customer awarded the job to provider, the provider gave an approximate install date. The provider called to inform provider of the exact install date, and the provider installed cabinets in a timely manner. The quality of the install was excellent, and the price was competitive.
Several days following the install, the provider called customer to ask if the expectations were met. I very much appreciated the excellent customer service!
