We replace the Formica countertops with granite and had to have the faucets replaced and the new sink drains connected. The work was done promptly and the workmanship was excellent.  I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.

"Ty was wonderful. He returned my call within minutes and was able to come out that evening t deal with the immediate problem of the leak. He removed the wet drywall and cleaned up the damage, as well as the room he worked in. When he was finished for the night, the space was clean instead of covered in drywall dust. He arranged to come back to complete the repair a week later - the delay was in part to let the damaged area fully dry and in part my own schedule. He came back on the scheduled day, on time, and replaced my shower floor and completed the repair. It looks fantastic! 
Ty is professional, polite, and a very nice guy. He does great work, is honest with his quotes, explains the problem, and was patient with my questions. His sub-contractors were also polite, professional, and did great work. I highly recommend Ty and will call him again if I ever need any help with plumbing.

"the pull-chain on the Fan/light had broken off just at the point it emerged from the fixture, (because of the wobble) and a replacement at that point would not go thru the hole. he drilled out the hole so the chain connection would pass thru without problem. I had tried to put a dimmer switch on a 3-way switch and the whole thing ceased to function. once the correct switch was in, everything worked as it should. done in under an hour, had everything he needed for the job. cost included a replacement switch. pleasant and professional. reasonably priced"

"Eric, through his receptionist, advised that since it was a fairly small job, an hourly rate of $135.00 for first hour and $35.00 per hour after that was agreed to. However, I did not realize that instead of working full days to complete the project, it took 4 days ( 3 hours one day, 4 hours another, etc) to complete. Therefore they charged $135.00 for the first hour each day for 4 days. If the guys had worked longer each day it would have been completed in less days; therefore less cost to me. Eric's office was contacted but Eric advised the pricing was correct."
